Getting Lacy to Las Vegas

Hi, my name is Ashley. My best friend, Lacy, was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic breast cancer in October of 2024, three weeks before her 30th birthday. The cancer has spread to her lungs, liver, and bones. Lacy has undergone radiation and is in her second round of chemo, all while still working full-time. She is one of the hardest-working people I know and has been since she was 15. Helping anyone anyway she can. Lacy has a heart of gold, & only takes a day off for chemo. She is so young and has yet to see the world. She has never been on an airplane and I want her to get the full traveler expierence.

I would love to take Lacy to Las Vegas for a week in November (sooner if need be). We can cover her room for the week, her dinners, and the Ubers we will need. I am asking for help so that she can feel comfortable taking the week off of work and not stress her everyday bills. Money for her to be able to see the famous shows, fly to Vegas, see the Grand Canyon and enjoy a week of fun without thinking about her diagnosis or her bills. Nobody should have to face cancer, let alone at 30 years old. She has been through so much, & has felt more pain in the last 8 months than she has her entire life. I want her to have beautiful memories outside of the hospital, the needles and the medicine. I want my best friend to check off a bucket list item. I want her to see the beautiful, crazy energy Las Vegas has. An experience that will be monumental. I also plan to get her on a cruise too in the future to see more parts of the world. I will do everything in my power to make these things possible for her. I just cannot do it alone, so I’m asking you to find it in your heart to give Lacy a week of worry free fun.
