Hi, This is Jacob, jacob has spinal muscular atrophy which means he has severely limited movement, we discovered a sport that jacob could play called Boccia in which he has massively exceeded in, he has won all 3 tournaments this year and was crowned the heathcoat cup national champion, he has been invited to take part in international tornaments, first one being in slovakia at the end of September, we have to drive there as his motorised wheelchair doesn't fit on conventional planes plus we have to take with us his ramp for him to play, balls and hoist, so if you could help us get this honestly wonderful little lad to his first international competition he and myself (Jacobs dad) would be extremely grateful as all proceeds would go directly on getting him there with ferry's, fuel and accommodation again think you very much for all your support
