Dad (Fred) has always been quite active in his life - work, travel, woodworking, camping, family gatherings, and just the enjoyment of getting out with family and friends. As of late, his ability to do many of the things he loves has been limited greatly by not having the mobility he did just a year ago. I watch him, with his strong will, make every effort to continue to do all he can but also see the frustration hit when he is forced to be sidelined just because of a lack of mobility.

It is time to ensure Dad (Fred) no longer misses out on doing things that he enjoys by providing him with a scooter. I think there was a point where he diregarded the idea, mainly due to pride and having to acknowledge he needed the help, but now sees how a scooter will help give him his mobility back.

Mom and Dad have looked at scooters with hopes of one day figuring out how one could be afforded. Time is too precious, so please helps us get the scooter that will help him be mobile again. Contribute what you are able - all will be greatly appreciated!
