I help when i can with friends, but now I need help.

I am on Disability and I normally donate plasma to aid my bill payment and things work out Ok.

Sadly i haven't been able to donate since march due to some bad dehydrated days, then my GCP diagnosing me with possibly Polycythemia. on one hand this is thick blood, however if it was Polycythemia Vera. that's bone marrow cancer and has me frightened. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow June 24th to get tested to see if I am fine, or if i am in for a very rough time.

at the moment I'm asking for some help, first to pay to get my jeep back on the road. i cant afford to buy the part i need.

beyond that anything else will help me pay down what few bills i have and free up more income.
