On Dec 21st a car came out from a side street and hit the driver side of my car and catapulted me into a tree. I went by ambulance to strong hospital for neck/back/spine/arm/concussion injuries.

Since then I haven't been able to work and was not given a rental car. Today I was informed I would only be getting 3k to cover the loss of the car.... I am in no position to replace a car at this point therefore left unable to work or continue on with my life in any way.
