Getting back on the GRIND Coffee

Eric and I were so excited as we pursued our dream to open a mobile coffee shop. We started from scratch and build and bought as we could afford to do so. We recruited help from my family to help build and we were moving along nicely.


On Wednesday October 10th 2018 we were completely devastated! After being in fear for our lives in our home we were able to get out and see what was all destroyed. We lost our home, our barn and our vehicles look like we gave them hell! Our hearts dropped when we saw the Coffee Trailer ... all the blood, sweat and tears were for nothing. We didn't have a finished unit so we didnt have insurance on it yet. We knew during the storm when the tornadoes flipped the unit because we felt it smash into the house, it was as if someone punched us in the gut!


We had my dad look it over to see if we could just flip it back up and work with that we had and he said unfortunately we couldn't. Its a complete rebuild. The Coffee Business Owners Group suggested a GoFundMe account so here we are. Anything towards the unit would be greatly appreciated, we will not be weighed down, we will endure.
