Our boy is coming back to his old self. I get to see it every day. Sadly, there is a long road still to travel. I am asking for your help one more time. The more aware Jacob becomes, the harder it is to accommodate his appointments with public transportation. We have missed appointments and/or had to reschedule due to MTS. Please help us get a van!!! With a van for Jake, not only would I be able to ensure that he made all of his appointments, but he could also see the city that he loves without restrictions. 
Last July my son Jacob was hit by a car and suffered a traumatic brain injury and has been in a center for medically fragile children ever since he has under gone multiple surgery and is on his road to recovery. Though we have a very long road ahead his brother, sister and I miss him terribly and have finally been given the opportunity to bring jake home, but I have to move as Jacob is in a wheelchair and can't go upstairs. Please help bring Jake home and donate to the family's moving costs. Your love and support in this journey is very well appreciated.
