Hey guys, Shelb here!
So as some of you may know my mom has been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and stage 4 arthritis in her lower back. She's been out of work for the last few months, and on most days she doesn't even get out of bed.
Spinal stenosis is when the nerve roots in your back are basically being choked, causing excruciating pain in the back and hips, tingling or complete numbness down your legs, and into your feet.
Mom needs surgery, ASAP.
She's always played down any struggle she was having or any pain that she felt, so when I walked in to her living room one morning where she was laying on the floor and had to literally pick her up and carry her to her bedroom I knew she was in deep.
She's always made sure that everyone was taken care of before ever worrying about herself.
She's a hair stylist and has been self employed for 36 years, and unfortunately has no insurance. She's out of work so there's no income, but the bills are still coming in, the family has come together and helped as much as we possibly can, but our help can only go so far.

I was so reluctant to create this account, but what I've come to realize is that everyone needs a little help sometimes, and this time it just happens to be mom.
So what I'm doing here is asking for YOUR help to literally get mom back on her feet. Any donation will be greatly appreciated and even if you're unable to help financially, please share our story with your own family and friends in hopes that, together, we can make a dent in some of these bills and begin raising money for the surgery itself.
Thank you, Thank you❤️.
