Losing our home

Story

My name is Jamie Taylor and myself and my animals are facing homelessness as of January 1st, 2021. I have cats and dogs who provide me with therapy and I could not get out of bed most days without them. I have been working and rescuing animals most of my life until last year when I became disabled. I have Chronic Post Traumatic Stress disorder from a violent sexual assault, where I had to fight for my life in order to be saved and was consequently separated from my now 6 year old daughter. I also have fibromyalgia, am legally blind due to cataracts and have carpel tunnel syndrome in both hands. Any help that I receive will go toward my goal of buying a cheaply priced vehicle, catch up on bills that I owe to avoid disconnection and secure the rent for a few months on this place or somewhere less expensive than my rent is now.  I've been working from home part-time as a closed caption writer. In order for me continue bringing some income in that I can manage with my disabilities, I will need to continue to try to work from home. I live in a small town where resources are limited and most have waiting lists or I do not qualify for. This year I was denied disability twice. Now I face eviction on my home because I have no   consistent income coming in. I'm behind on monthly bills and my physical and mental health are in a decline.  I have no vehicle so I can't always get to my appointments or to charities that help with donations.  And my animals are behind in veterinary care. I more than anything want to get securely on my feet so that I can provide a safe and stable home for my daughter and animals.I am very nervous and insecure about asking for help here. I have no family to speak of. A friend recommended that I ask for help on here so I'm trying anything since I have no more options available and I am very isolated where I live.To anyone that has taken the time to read this, whether they donate or not, THANK YOU. I truly appreciate it and wish everyone love, health and peace.
