Ya'll know our girl Noa-- she's the best. 

She's hilarious, fun, loyal, loving-- and she would do literally anything for the people she cares about.

Right now she needs our help. 

After going to the hospital for a migraine last week, Noa was diagnosed with kidney failure and hospitalized. Doctors discovered at that point that her kidneys were only functioning at 10% of their capability. 

There weren't really any warning signs, and doctors cannot tell us for sure why this is happening. 

On Friday, doctors took a biopsy in which they determined that the kidneys were beyond repair, which means she will have to have a kidney transplant. 

This, of course, has changed her life and the lives of her husband and family overnight. The next steps are necessary, and very expensive. 

She'll have to start dialysis, a process of filtering her blood, until they are able to find a kidney donor for her. 

Insurance will cover some of the costs, but Noa will have to see several specialists and undergo near-daily labwork, until she's able to find a donor match.
