U S Congressional Internship

Abraham Lincoln once said, “I will prepare and some day my chance will come.”  For Alexandra Cruz Perez, "some day" is today.  She has prepared and her chance is now.  Her hard work, dedication, and committment to academics granted her an internship at the White House.  This unique privilege is only given to 20 students in the entire United States this semester, and Alex is among this elite group.  She will be awarded the privilege of serving as a Congressional Aide this spring.

In order to accept this incredible opportunity, Alex needs your help.  She is short the funding needed to make this dream a reality.  It is necessary for her to be a registered college student at ASU in order for her to participate in this program.   She is set to leave at the beginning of February and must have everything in place by then.  A team of friends are rallying around Alex to ensure that she doesn't miss this "once in a lifetime" opportunity.  Any amount you give will help get Alex to Washington D.C.  We are very grateful for your interest in this bright and talented young lady.  Thank you for investing in her future by contributing to her tuition.
