Hello my wonderful family and friends!

Okay, so I know this is a very advanced notice. I do not even leave for the trip until next January, however, I am extremely excited and just can’t stop thinking about everything that I am getting the opportunity to do! I am reaching out to all of my family and friends for financial assistance. The $5,000 will cover all of my expenses such as the airline ticket, room and board, and the overall program price. I would never have asked for your donations for something that didn’t mean as much to me, but this trip really means the world to me.

Studying abroad is beneficial to every student’s educational career. I will have a wonderful opportunity to experience different styles of educations, experience new cultures and develop my life experience as a whole.

As most of you know, I am currently studying at the University of La Verne. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Public Affairs as well as a minor in Marketing. This experience will also play as a resume builder which will help me with my future career plans.

Throughout this 2-week study abroad experience, I will not only be taking a course but I will also be adventuring through various parts of both Australia and New Zealand. Although this is only a 2-week trip, I am so excited to venture off and experience the small amount of traveling that I have the opportunity for.
