Help Get Zombie a new PC

I am fundraising to get a friend of mine, Zombie, a new PC.
Zombie lives in Egypt and so can't set up a gofundme for himself and currently works on 2gb of DDR2 RAM (which locks him to windows 7) on his very outdated PC. His full, extremely unimpressive specs (that probably could be sold to a museum for more money than this will make) can be found in one of the cover pictures.
Zombie needs a PC to do the following:
- Perform college-related work. Zombie is a committed student who has gone above and beyond to learn English through self initiative. He is now studying in college.
- Play and communicate with friends. Through his learnt English, Zombie has made many friends online and would love to play games with them. Even playing Minecraft on the lowest setting is impossible, and he cannot run ROBLOX due to Windows 10 requirements.
- Future work endeavours. I wish Zombie the best of luck after college. A better PC will surely aid him in hybrid or online work opportunities.
- Attack on Titan: Freedom War. Zombie has committed himself to the role of Head of Staff in a fan-game on ROBLOX for Attack on Titan. He is extremely actively involved with this community at all times, yet despite this, he cannot join the game to play for himself, perform in-game duties or otherwise enjoy his role in the game. A new PC will give him the community engagement he deserves with years on the job.
Fund goals for this project: Egpytian Pounds (LE) have a funny translation rate with USD. A little bit goes extremely far. PCs can cost far less (less than half) of their marketed price in the west/europe. This also means that wages translate significantly less, so any USD/euro will be worth multiple times that of which it is worth to us.
- 50 USD/euro. This will get zombie enough RAM/basic upgrades to run windows 10 (ROBLOX) on his PC.
- 200 USD/euro. This will provide enough money to get some serious upgrades in CPU and potentially GPU.
- 600 USD/euro. This is the big one. This will give enough money to provide zombie with a good, new, gaming PC.
- 750 USD/euro. This will gift zombie a stacked, state of the art gaming PC. Extra proceedings will be given to zombie to cover potential delivery costs or extra purchases (thermal paste etc)
