Help Zoë Get to Dance Nationals!

Hi everyone,

My name is Tiela, and I’m fundraising to help my daughter, Zoë Sophia Lanese, attend the Velocity Dance National Convention in Las Vegas this summer — and we need your help to make it happen.

Zoë is 12 years old and dances with The Crew Studios in Burbank, CA on their Junior Crew Team. She’s been dancing since she was 6 and lives and breathes it. She was recently chosen as a regional winner and invited to compete at Nationals happening June 28–July 8 — a huge honor and opportunity that she’s worked incredibly hard for.

Zoë is the most dedicated, humble, and driven young person I know. She never has to be reminded to do her schoolwork or practice — she just does it, always giving her best whether someone’s watching or not. She’s an excellent student, a beautiful soul, and she pours her heart into dance every single day.

As her mom, I’ve been raising her on my own since day one. It hasn’t been easy, but her determination pushes me to keep going and do everything I can to support her dreams. This Nationals trip is a big financial lift, and we’re on a tight timeline to raise the funds by June 20.

Travel to Las Vegas (via car)

Hotel or Airbnb stay

Rehearsal and competition/convention fees

Costume expenses
