Get Your Gray On - Surrounding John With Love

For years, we thought John's symptoms were attributed to low vitamin B levels and his total gastrectomy. Never in a million years did we think we would get a call saying he has a brain tumor. While having relief and an answer, the grief and fear of knowing you have a brain tumor has been debilitating.

John is one of the best husbands and dads around. He and Kenzie have been married for almost 5 years and have a beautiful son, Carter, and baby girl on the way. John is a licensed professional counselor in Memphis and passionate about Christ and Mental Health. John has been suffering with intense migraines, vertigo, hearing and vision loss, and more. All this is due to a 6 CM (2.4 inches) tumor that is putting pressure on his left cochlear nerve, which will likely cause complete hearing loss in that ear. 

We ask you, our faithful friends and family to join us as we help raise funds to alleviate some of the financial stress John and Kenzie will face as they quickly approach surgery and recovery. Our goal of $10,000 is to cover the loss of wages and significant medical costs. We don't know what recovery or return to work look like, but we have faith that God will provide during this trial.

Please join our family as we lift John in prayer for his surgery on March 3, 2021. Pray the surgeon has peace, a steady hand, and clear vision. Pray John's facial nerve and motor nerves are spared and that the surgery is successful, and no further surgeries or treatments are necessary. Please pray for John and Kenzie. This trial is hard; harder than most could imagine. Pray for peace and the Lord's comforting hand to be so tightly wrapped around them.
