The idea behind Career Compass is to help students and young people get into work. I am 16 years old so I know how hard it is for us to get a part time job when job sites are flooded with full time 9-to-5s that just aren't feesable. Career Compass aims to help by only showing jobs that students can apply for - accommodate their hours and time of day, for example. However, we can't do that without sufficient funding for things like a domain and hosting, or professional marketing.
