Get Wiggle Cancer free
Hi, my name is Jude, I am the proud mother of two children and two furry girls.
Wiggle is my oldest 'child' and has seen me through good times and bad.
She is also the best friend of my daughters who are 4 & 2.
Wiggle started to 'wobble' a couple of months ago and so we took her to the vets. She was losing her back legs and fitting a few times a week which was distressing for all of us.
We have been to and fro to the vets for the last 8 weeks having blood test and MRIs to try and find out what is happening to her.
We today received the worst news that our gorgeous Wiggle has Insulinoma a rare Cancer in dogs which affects the pancreas and has also spread to her liver.
The only chance we have to keep our girl going is to have surgery to remove 60% of her pancreas.
We do not have the money to pay for this, yes we have insurance and have spent all this years policy limit so far getting to this stage. I thought we could wait till her insurance policy renewal to then schedule the operation but have been told at that point there will be no point doing it.
We are asking for help with the operation costs alone we will find the money for the ongoing medications somewhere but I simply want to get her booked for surgery as soon as I can.
Please help us if you can.
