Hi friends, family, and animal lovers! I started this account for my daughter's dog Weston who is in need of surgery for a injured leg. We have been fostering Weston while my daughter Micayla finds a home that allows dogs and while on a run at the river his leg gave out. It's going on a couple months now and the surgery he's needing is quite pricey. We haven't received a total quote yet but it can be 2500-5000. We were really hoping for it to heal over time but this has not been the case. It's been hard watching him limp and not be as active and mobile as usual. I will keep this updated as we get more information for the costs etc. I just wanted to get this going because she cannot afford this treatment for him and neither can we at this time.
