As many of you know, our dear friend Spench (Mike French to some) has been hospitalized for some time.  His treatments are currently scheduled to continue for the next few months, during which he’ll largely be unable to work.  Spench has been there for all of us at one time or another; whether the unsung hero for fixing that shade structure, keeping the keg chilled, or doing all the myriad activities it takes to keep things moving behind the scenes.  He’s a good friend to so many of us and a wonderful human being. In addition to the help, support and company, he could use some of our assistance to help cover medical bills and necessities in this time. 

I snapped this shot of Spench when he was moving hospitals, and he was being as amusing as ever, so let's help keep that smile in his eyes in whatever ways we can.
