Get Well Soon, Mark Dougherty!

On Saturday, May 30, around 12:30pm, Mark and his sister-in-law Gina Dougherty we’re involved in a head on collision in Newark.  Mark was the passenger, when a car coming in the opposite direction was speeding, sideswiped a utility pole, went left of center, and hit them head on. Everyone involved in the accident was injured.

Mark is thankfully now home & resting, but is without a job or insurance. He has multiple rib fractures, pulmonary contusion, blown out disc in his lower spine, a broken sternum & collar bone. Along with many other bumps & bruises.

Since he is not able to work, he is not getting paid. He also does not qualify for unemployment at this time. My family is helping anyway we can, but would love to give him peace of mind that the everyday bills will get paid.

If you are able to contribute any amount, we will be forever grateful. If you aren’t able to contribute monetarily but wish to leave well wishes for Mark & his family, those are welcome as well.
