If you know Annie Kirk, you know what an absolute gem of person she is.  She is the Admin Extraordinaire at the Coldwell Banker Bain Lake Union office, and one of the kindest & most hard working people you’ll ever have the chance to meet.

Annie has faced some challenges this year, and her doctors scheduled her for a major surgery to remove her pancreas.  Then just days before her surgery, her husband Dana suffered a serious fall which landed him in the ICU with multiple broken bones and a punctured lung.

Luckily, Annie was able to keep her scheduled surgery – but now they are both in the hospital, each with a long road of recovery ahead of them.

Annie’s surgery went very well, and she is expected to be discharged and go home soon, but she will have several weeks of recovery at home before she can go back to work, and Dana is being transferred to a trauma rehab facility for about 6 weeks to get the help he needs. Annie’s daughter, Melissa, will be caring for Annie during her at-home recovery period. 

This Go Fund Me was started so we can show our support for Annie and her family during this difficult time.  Any donations received will go directly to Annie & her family to help them through the coming weeks with grocery deliveries or other miscellaneous & medical expenses that may not be covered by insurance.
