Hello Everyone, our friend Dave Black had a very unfortunate bicycle accident last week. His right knee was severely injured and will require major surgery.

He will not be able to perform or drive for the next 2 to 3 months.

Dave is one of St. Louis' most beloved working musicians, and as many of you already know, he makes his living spreading joy through his live performances around town.

Now is the time for us to send some healing vibes and support back to Dave!

We are asking that you pitch in and give a little back to Dave so he can heal and recover without worrying about making ends meet in the next few months.

Now is the time for the St. Louis music community to step up and support one of its local treasures!  

Please consider giving whatever you can spare to help Dave with his medical bills and loss of income.

Dave will go into surgery in a week or so after the swelling has gone down in his right leg and knee.  He currently has 4 large pins in his leg bones above and below his knee to keep everything in place before the operation. 

After the operation, he will not be able to drive for 3 months and will  have several months of rehab ahead of him.

Dave, we got your back buddy, get well soon, we need you back on the music scene, but most importantly, rest up and focus on your recovery!
