My name is Layth Jato, and I am a referee in Canada & the USA. I consider myself part of a family among my fellow referees and today I found out that a member of this family who has been a referee in the Toronto area for both Soccer & Futsal for over 25 years was taken to hospital after he collapsed on the soccer field. He was ordered not to work until July, and any help is appreciated if you can.
