Get Waylen to Salt Lake

Hi all my name is Kendra, Waylen Jackson and Max's mom.

After lots of tests and trying to gain weight we are getting sent out to Salt Lake City to try and figure out exactly what's going on with Mr. Waylens kidneys and larynx before moving forward with surgeries.

The care coordinators will be reaching out in the next week to finalize our trip to the university hospital there. Any funds raised will be used to help pay for our family to get there and cover lost wages during our travel. Thank you for any help towards this goal or even sharing our go fund me page.
