Get Tootsy Back on His Feet

Hi I am Kara, I am an advocate for animals and TNR. I have fixed over 200+ cats in Belleville and the metro east since 2022. In March, I fixed a boy named Tootsy at a colony right across the street from me. I returned him back and never ever saw him again which is abnormal behavior, as usually they come back since this was the colony he was eating at everyday.

I am now working on a colony the next block over and I saw him! Tootsy is now malnourished and with a serious injury to his paw. I am not a vet but the paw does look like it is dangling as if something is broken, and clearly he will need medical treatment.

I am asking and would greatly appreciate any help and support to get Tootsy back on his foot so he can get back to running around with the rest of his friends.
