I'm not the best at asking for support, but I was told I should give this a shot. I recently got in a near-fatal car accident, leaving me a bit more battered than my normal adventures.

The whole thing is, I was driving back to my sister's after a longer workday in the evening and was experiencing a pretty bad panic attack due to some personal stuff I've been going through over this last year (family passing away, relationships with people I cared about ending, and so on). I was sorta bawling my eyes out (yes, I cry sometimes haha), missing the turn from the 35mph to the 5mph. I tried to stop but was met with break failure due to the truck being a little too heavy sending me onto a dead-end road and headfirst into a tree. I woke up momentarily to see my windshield gone and my hood on fire. I had to exit out the windshield, and sadly, there was nothing I could do at that point.

If you don't know, because I don't share it with everyone because I get embarrassed to admit it even if it was sorta cool, but I lived in my truck and camper the last 2 years to live a little more free from normal life and help me get more adventures down. Sorta easy to tell, but not much really survived in the truck due to the fire, and a tow company then came in to haul my camper and possessions to the dump.

I guess I'm asking for help in however much you can without being rude about it. The accident has left me a bit too banged up to work and will be a few months before I can be a wage slave again. The accident's price tag, medical bills, and lack of a home and losing everything has been a solid 1-2 gut punch as of late, especially since insurance decision was to not cover anything
