Get them to the Semis!!

It might be a CrossFit gym in a small town, but Golden Goose CrossFit in Rocky Hill, CT has THREE people going to the semis. Kyle Baughman(the owner of Golden Goose-male on right side), Kate Calyore (female on left) and Skyler Ocetnik (male in center) trained countless hours all year, and have earned their spot. To put their accomplishment in perspective - they are 3 out of 240 people in North America going to semis! We all know that competitions aren’t cheap no matter where it ends up being (likely the atlas games in Canada but this will be announced soon), so let’s try to alleviate that stress by helping them out!

 

For every dollar donated, I will also do 1 burpee!

 

We will also be doing a fundraiser partner wod on April 30th at Golden Goose. More details to come on this!
