Get the Tula Aerials Team to Nationals! (June 7-9, Missouri)
Donation protected

Help a group of talented aerial artists and their amazing coaches compete on a national stage... we're raising $5,000 to bring our athletes from Bend, OR to Missouri and tape remote routines at our home studio. Tula Movement Arts builds strong, confident athletes: young people learning to climb, roll, drop, and own the stage. With 12 teammates ages 9-15, we are training hard for our chance to compete against the nation's best aerialists: in silks, sling/hammock, and lyra at Aerialympics Nationals. Circus arts is a relatively new sport for competition: Tula's Competition Team is a growing force.

Training, taping, and performing are costly- an investment in our athletes' time, sweat, and talent, all supported by our amazing coaching staff. We are a team and commit to supporting each athlete in preparing and performing, whether for a remote taping or live.
We seek $5,000 to support 12 athletes (6 competing in-person and 6 remotely) at Kansas City, MO's Liberty Performing Arts Center (hosted by Cloud Nine Aerial Arts) on June 7-9, 2024. This GoFundMe will subsidize the cost of taping and performance for our team of 12 athletes; fund our coaches' travel expenses and hours of their time; and give our team a vote of confidence: we believe in you!

Tula Movement Arts is proud to train and teach close to 150 young aerialists under the leadership of Youth Aerials Director Kate Finley, along with coach Amanda Hulin. Our youth team travels to competitions regionally; this is our first invitation to in-person nationals. Help us get there!
