Get That Moose Back On His Feet

Last summer I got a "blister" on my big toe. I had been in Tennessee, with our youth mission trip, and I suspect it may have been the result of a spider bite. Well, the blister got bigger and deeper, no matter how much I dressed and cleaned it, until I went to the ER. Eventually I got a stint in podiatry with a good doctor, but the toe was stubborn to heal. Still, much progress was made...
Until I got water in the basement in March. My foot got unavoidably soaked and contaminated. The wound soon got much worse, and eventually put me back in the ER when the flexor tendon was compromised. I've been in the hospital twice, and out of work, since April 17.
At first, it looked like not going door-to-door with my sales position was helping the toe to heal, and indeed, after four weeks, the toe was a lot better. Unfortunately, an infection had spread to other parts of the foot, and that's when I went back into the hospital for the second stint. This time a bacterium was identified, and antibiotics were targeted for cleaning it out. I started six weeks with one IV, and one oral antibiotic. They appear to be working well, and I am confident I will keep my foot, at least for many more years.
Meanwhile, my employer cut ties, as I couldn't do the walking required, and I have yet to collect any money from disability insurance, or unemployment. Bills are piling up, and eventually my medical copays will surpass $10k. Expenses for April through July, at which time I should be healed, will run another $10k, with no way at this time to cover any of it. That's how we get the total for this campaign.
I appreciate all the help anyone can offer, and though I can't ever pay it back, I intend to pay it forward, once I'm a healthy contributor once more.
