Hello Green Heart Gals & Guys, and lovers of all things juicy and green!

First, Thank YOU, for the immense and continued support over the last three years. I am continually impressed (and honestly pretty darn shocked) by the response this business has received over these years. From the very beginning, this community has been enthusiastic about all things Green Heart Juice...even through the growing pains and evolving systems. Now, Green Heart Juice is ready to grow into our next phase, and I am asking for your support and an investment into the future of my business. Today, I am starting the journey to purchase a quality, “Big A**” commercial juicer.

Back in 2014 I was making less than 50 juices a week and had one part-time employee. Fast forward to today and Green Heart Juice now employs four ladies who consistently help make 300+ juices each week. I am thrilled to be able to employ a larger staff who believe in this work, and I thrive on building a community that supports these strong, hardworking, striving-to-be-their-best-self individuals!

All of this fabulosity aside, my personal goal is to serve and share this high quality nourishment with as many people as possible. With the addition of the weekly Transylvania Farmers Market, the new Oskar Blues Tuesday evening market, and an increase in local businesses ordering and providing bulk orders for their employees, Green Heart Juice is going to have to step up its game, big time.

Your organic, cold pressed juice is currently being made on a Norwalk juicer. I am seeking funding and YOUR HELP to upgrade to a larger Commercial Juicer (Good Nature X-1 cold press juicer) for increased volume and more efficient juicing! The X-1 is capable of producing 1,000 bottles of juice per day!

This is where you, the most fantastic Green Heart Juice supporter, continues to be the most important part of the Green Heart Juice community! This “Big Ass Juicer” will dramatically cut down the time it takes to make the juice you enjoy each week. It will also allow for more time outside of the juice-making process to spread our wings! My goal is to save $20,000 for this baby, a steep price tag but so important for the growth and sustainability of Green Heart Juice.

The other day I came across some old photos from the early days of my juicing adventure, and I took a moment to reflect on the rapid and steady upward growth Green Heart Juice has sustained. All, and I do mean ALL, of this comes right back to you, the people who believe in and appreciate easily accessible and highly nourishing food choices!

You are spreading the good juicy word around town to your friends, family members, co-workers, clients, and even to the random person in the grocery store line. Green Heart Juice has grown faster in the last six months than I could have ever imagined (crazy, exponential growth!), and I am endlessly thankful. YOU can make a difference in our community by helping to expand my business and allowing us to grow and continue sustainably.
