Hey everybody! My name is Taylor Herald and I'm making this GoFundMe to help make my way to the biggest amateur race of the year for motocross. Loretta Lynn's Amateur Motocross is only for riders who have qualified in different classes over the country. They funnel all the riders down until there are only 42 of us in each class. I am racing the Women's class at LL, which means I am one of the top 42 fastest women in the country. But my result at Loretta's will actually determine how fast I really am. This race happens every year at the end of July and beginning of August.

One downside of this race is how expensive it is. My first example is that I'm from California and this race is in Tennessee, so travel expense is a lot ($1,000). Second of all, the expenses of signing up to just be able to race is $1,400. My third reason is the cost of parts for bikes, gear, food, race bibs, camping fees, tires, etc. My overall point is that the cost for traveling, race fees, camping, maintenance, parts, gear, and things to overall just live out there for 2 weeks. Let's just say it's a lot... but what I'm trying to get to is that I'm not able to do all this stuff by myself. I need some help from all my amazing supporters.

I've gone to Loretta's twice in the Girls 11-16 class but never Women's. So new year, new class and confidence. This year for Loretta's 2025, I'm actually coming into the race correctly. I have been training my butt off and I plan for it to show out there. Just remember every penny counts and helps me to get one step closer to my biggest goal in life (becoming a pro and inspiring other girls so they too can do it).
