Help Michael get surgery and continue education

First and foremost we want to thank you for all the donations, support, and prayers during this time. Michael had a recent doctor visit and had some good news. Michael got an update that because of the work he put in and the medications that his doctor prescribed the surgery needed now is not going to be as invasive and the recovery will be easier than first anticipated. Now is the time that the financial portion becomes important. Michael is on his final push to finishing his thesis. Unfortunately there is an ocean between him and school. While technology does make communication with distance easier everyone knows nothing is better than real face time. Michael needs to be able to knock on administrators doors and be in front of his professors. We are going for one final push on here to help get the financial support to get him back to Oxford. Please share with your family, friends, church, anyone you can think of. Any amount or form of support is appreciated.
My friend Michael and his family need some help with medical expenses. They are the kind of people that would clothe you if you were cold and house you if you needed it. Michael and Roya have helped me in the past so much that I don’t think I would be alive today if it weren’t for them, so I want to organize this to help in their time of need, just as they’ve helped myself and others. Michael needs surgery for a ventral hernia. He, Roya, and their three children survive on a student’s budget as he is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Oxford. Financial struggles and medical strain have stagnated their lives substantially, but we can change that by raising the required funding so he can get the surgery he needs and complete the program without further strain on his body and family needs. Once they’re finished, I know Michael and Roya will be creating something that serves the communities around them because that’s how they live their lives. But they need our help to get to the finish line.
