Stan has been a farm boy and a gardener all of his life, enjoying the sounds of nature and God's creations, Putting years into his landscape and flower gardens surrounding his house, they have become a thing of beauty, One of his favorite things to do is just to sit and watch the birds as they flit and flourish throughout the garden. 
However, due to his end-stage emphysema, and the fact that he lives on the second floor of his home, Stan is unable to make it down to his garden. Stan cannot be without (for even one minute!) at least two oxygen tanks and a bi-PAP machine that assists his lungs for breathing. With all of that equipment plus his difficulty walking, the only solution to getting him down the stairs is to install an outdoor stair lift. It would have a seat for him and an attached metal basket to hold his two oxygen tanks. With the stair lift and his wife's assistance, Stan would finally be able to get out there and enjoy his beautiful garden!
With summer quickly slipping away, we'd like to raise the funds as soon as possible.
