Get Spark's Burger Co. Open Again!

My name is Genny and I left my Colorado home (and my kid---the best thing I ever cooked up!!) two years ago to launch the first Spark's Burger Co. here in gorgeous Manhattan, Kansas!

We loved serving you our delicious locally-sourced burgers and milkshakes from our beautiful Downtown location last year.

Thanks to your support and encouragement, we created a great recipe for success!

However, we needed to find a new location that was a little easier for you to access (we want to see your lovely faces again and again!!)

After months of searching for a new home, we found one....on the WEST SIDE! There's plenty of space for our guests and lots of PARKING! 307 Seth Child Road--right near Home Depot and Target

The only snag is ....... ...... re-starting a restaurant is EXPEN$IVE.

I'm a single mom who sold everything, and spent everything, to start this restaurant last year. Traditional financial institutions aren't crazy about me (I don't take it personally), city programs don't want much to do with me (that might be personal) and I'm pretty sure my family has blocked my calls by now.
