Hello everybody! My name is Max. I'm a trans man, and I'm raising money to get top surgery this year.

If it weren't for gender-affirming care, I wouldn't be here. I feel extremely fortunate that there is so much advocacy for trans lives, but there is still a long way to go. Since my insurance does not cover gender-affirming surgeries, I will be paying out of pocket. The cost will be $11,500, but I’ll only be asking for a portion to help pay for some of the expenses. But anything you donate will go directly to me and my surgery, pre and post-op supplies, and anesthesia costs.
