Get skeptics to QED

It’s the last ever QED and so for one last time, the Skeptics in the Pub Online team are organising a QED Attendance Fund!

We are fundraising so that we can offer tickets and accommodation to skeptics who would love to come to QED and join in with the UK’s biggest skeptics convention but can’t afford to attend.

The QED Attendance Fund is open to anyone on a low income, anyone receiving state benefits, and students. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Applications will close on 22nd August. If more people apply than we can afford to help, names will be drawn out of a hat. Everyone who applies for the QED Attendance Fund will be emailed with the outcome of their application. The names of successful applicants will not be publicly announced.

Skeptics in the Pub online will contribute £500 to the QED Attendance Fund, but to help as many people as possible we need your donations! If we manage to raise more money than we need, excess funds will be donated to Campaign Against Living Miserably, a UK based suicide prevention charity.
