Over the last few years, our dear friend Siri has been working hard in her Neurology residency at Yale while also carrying a heavy burden taking care of her father who has ALS. After her father's diagnosis, she decided to switch her fellowship interest from neuro ICU to neuromuscular to fight this devastating disease.
On February 12, her father suffered a big set back and was admitted to the ICU... in India. Siri rushed home to be with her family but is trying to balance both supporting her parents and completing her residency in Neurology.
To help ease some of the financial burden of traveling back and forth between India and Yale, we are calling on Siri's friends (and compassionate strangers!) to contribute to this gofundme to help her both be with her family and achieve her dreams.
