Hi! I'm Shersten and I have a real bad car. I've paid over $2,400 in repairs to fix a single problem (overheating issues) and it still overheats. Unfortunately, I have gone to two different mechanics, and neither has solved the issue. The car has other issues, like tires that constantly leak air & turn signals that don't always work, but the cooling system is the most pressing one. I need my car to travel back and forth to college and also to get to doctor's appointments. I also do Door Dash on the side sometimes for extra cash, and without a car I am unable to do so. I had no idea Michael was going to do this for me, but I am extremely grateful and always blown away by his generosity. I've been modding the MSHers for quite a while now and have grown to truly love the community that Michael, Noble, and I have helped cultivate. (It was mostly Michael. Noble and I just kinda make bad jokes and ban transphobes) Anyway, if you feel like you want to give I just want to say thank you so much and huge thank you to Michael for being the best boss ever.

Hello. If you’re at all familiar with my Twitch channel, MichaelStreamsHere, then you will almost certainly know of one of my top 3 mods, Shersten.

 

Yes, she has a lot of flaws and she often ghosts me to do her own streams but that’s besides the point today. A running joke in my streams is how often her piece of shit car breaks down and needs to be repaired, only to very shortly after shit the bed again and again. I’m not kidding, it’s been in the shop like 6 times in the past few months.

 

While this is very funny, it’s simply gone on for too long. I keep telling her to get a new car but being a broke college student she can barely scrape the money together for each repair let alone another car. This vicious cycle of money burning must end.

 

So today, I humbly ask that any MSHers who may stop by my stream and are feeling generous, give not to me but donate to a fundraiser for Shersten so she can buy a new car.

 

As of writing this I haven’t informed her of my intent today but I know for certain she will be grateful beyond words for any amount of good will you may give to her, large or small. There is no goal here beyond simply helping a genuinely good person who has been going through a tough time and could really use a break of any kind.

 

If you’ve made it this far, I thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m now going to tell Shersten about it and also make her set all of this shit up for herself. She will then (probably) provide me a link to put in today’s stream because I’m not going to do it and honestly I feel like I’ve already done enough.
