This autumn, my good friend Sergey has the opportunity to spend four months on the Dharma Life Course for Young Men at Adhisthana in the UK – an intensive Buddhist residential program of study, practice, community, and transformation. This course is for young men who want to deepen their understanding and practice of the Buddha's Dharma as a lived path.

While Sergey is already walking that path, this course will allow him to deepen his practice, connect with mentors, live in spiritual community, and continue to grow and develop. Over the past few years Sergey has become a dear friend of mine and I can see how beneficial this four month course would be for him, however he needs some help.

The course costs around £3,000, and while Sergey is doing all he can to cover it, the financial strain is substantial for him. I'd love to help him get there with some collective generosity.
