Meet Schwa :
We value  Love, Work, Grit, Growth.
We envision  a program that empowers teammates to be the best version of themselves, together.
And it is our mission  to compete at the highest level of the sport!
 
In 2019 Schwa took a big step in that direction by qualifying and competing in the Pro Flight for the first time in program history. This means we were invited to the highest caliber tournaments. It will be our goal to qualify for Pro Flight again at Nationals at the end of October (top 8 finishers). 

It takes an increasing amount of resources to play at these tournaments all over the country. As a program that is committed to inclusion and equity, this year we launched our Financial Equity Program which helps offset the cost of participation based on need. Our goal is that money will never be a barrier to someone's participation on Schwa. But the costs remain a barrier for many, and fundraising is a crucial part of our team's success.
