Get savannah to USAIGC Junior World Championships Las vegas

Hello, I'm savannahs mum. Alot of family and friends have suggested setting up a go fund me to help with costs towards savannahs competition in Las Vegas. So I've finally listened.

Here's savannahs story.

Savannah is a 12-year-old fighter with a heart full of determination and a passion for gymnastics. She lives with a chronic, life-limiting illness called cystic fibrosis. a condition that causes her reoccurring lung infections and digestive issues. Which requires her to do daily treatments, take medications, and undergo physiotherapy just to keep her healthy, Despite all her treatments, for the past 7+years, she has required 2 weeks of intravenous antibiotics and intense physiotherapy every 4/5 months and has had both a port and PEG fitted to help manage her treatments and nutrition. Savannahs had a rough few years health wise, But has worked hard with her amazing CF team to manage her condition better.

Despite these challenges, Savannah has never let her illness define her. She discovered gymnastics at the age of 5, and it changed her life. Since joining NBGC, she was quickly recognized for her talent and dedication, earning a place on the competitive squad. Gymnastics hasn’t just been a sport for her, it’s been a lifeline. That I can't thank her coaches enough for. Her lung function has massively improved, her confidence has soared, and she’s found something that makes her feel strong and I hate to say it, but like a normal child.

Now, if you had told me 2/3 years ago, when savannah couldn't even run up the stairs without getting out of breath she would be competing in Las Vegas. I'd of laughed. But all of Savannah’s hard work has paid off. Savannah along with some other girls from her amazing squad have been selected to represent their gym and compete in the USAIGC Junior World Championships in Las Vegas. an incredible opportunity that reflects her dedication, strength, and resilience. It's also a massive opportunity to show other children with life limiting conditions to never give up on your dreams, and that anything is possible.

This trip is entirely self-funded, and while it has placed a significant financial strain on her family, Savannah is absolutely worth every penny. We’re reaching out to ask for your help in making this dream a reality. Your support will go toward her medical insurance and accommodation resort fees.
