Hi my name is savannah, I am nearly 11 years old, I was born with spina bifida and due to having this I can't walk and rely on a wheelchair and I currently have a manual one but I get very tired moving around all day in this.

I only wish two things that would make me happy is an electric wheelchair as I am about to start high school and it's 2 floors I will have to travel around, and the other is a pair of shoes as I have never had a pair all my life as my feet are twisted.

At home I have to crawl around and If I go out I can't move in my wheelchair as it is to hard to do myself on the grass so I have to crawl around as because of this I have holes in my legs and have been told I could end up with having my leg amputated if it keeps getting infected.

My mum and her friends are raising money for me to get a chair.
