Hi everyone,

My name is Samuel Espinosa Trueba. I am 24 years old and originally from Spain, currently residing in Johnson City. I’ve been given an incredible opportunity to compete in two events on the PGA Tour Australasia this season— a lifelong dream that is finally within reach. To make this trip possible, I’m reaching out for a little help with the travel expenses required to get me to Australia and compete at the highest level.

The costs add up quickly: international flights, accommodation for two weeks, meals, ground transportation, car rental, and other essential expenses. As a professional golfer still building my career, covering these costs on my own is a significant challenge.

Before turning professional, I was part of the Spanish National Team and was fortunate to represent my country on several occasions, including World Championships and other international competitions. I graduated in May of 2024 from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga, where I was a part of the men's golf team and graduated with my Bachelor's degree. During my college career, I was able to achieve 4 individual collegiate wins plus several team ones. Also, I was named for the last 3 years "All-American Scholar" and once "All-American" plus several "All-Region" and "All-Conference" titles, reflecting all the year-round excellent athletic and academic results.

Any contribution — no matter how small — brings me one step closer to standing on those tees in Australia and representing everything I’ve worked for. Every dollar truly makes a difference and means the world to me.
