Hey, I’m Sam and I’ve recently come out as trans. I’ve got massive tits which have caused me a lot of gender dysphoria and back pain since they grew in, and I’d really love to get them taken off (aka top surgery). I’ve been trying to get rid of them since I was fourteen and got my sisters to gaffa tape them down (didn’t work, and nearly lost a nipple taking the tape off).

In all seriousness, I would feel so much more confident and at home in my body if it matched who I am on the inside, and if you could spare any money whatsoever to help me achieve this, I’d be so appreciative.
