Hi I’m Rachel, I’m a PT and that picture is of my client, best friend and a huge inspiration to all, Roseina.

Roseina was diagnosed with MS in 2013 which has now progressed to secondary MS and she has battled with every hurdle imagineable and continues to do so on a daily basis.

The toll it takes on her to do daily tasks we take for granted is unimaginable to most but for her it’s just life. And yet she does it with no woes, no complaints and always wearing a smile.

We endlessly together try to overcome every physical battle she faces in and out of the gym. And her amazing hospital team strive constantly to ensure she is receiving the best treatment possible to slow down any progress. However there is still fundamental research that needs carrying out in the world of MS and degenerative conditions as a whole. That’s where you come in! Funds to support this vital research is the only way it can continue and potentially help others find a better quality of life.

Roseina is a trooper, a soldier, she will not let anything stop her, ever. And a wish of hers is to get to the top of a mountain. Together we are going to make this happen - but I need your help. All hands on deck with this one. We WILL do it and we will raise every penny to donate to MS Society whilst doing so.
