Get Robert Denton Back On The Road!

On the afternoon of Thursday 13th February, our favourite person Robert Denton's beloved Peugeot 308 was broken into and crashed. The car was parked on a hill in Christchurch. He returned at 9pm to collect the car and it was gone, a pile of glass was on the floor where the car was left. The car was found head on into a tree at the bottom of road from where it was left. The front passenger window was smashed, glove box open and the car was in manual with handbrake off (the car is a semi automatic). The police were immediately called but they wouldn't investigate it further as no witnesses or leads. Due to the amount of damage the car is a write off. Robert is an exceptional driver and took great pride in the condition of his 308. This has been a big blow for him.

Robert is a celebrity within the car scene in the UK. His infectious smile and cackle are universally adored. Rob has a heart of gold and is always the life and soul of every car event he attends. Robert has the busiest social calendar of anyone we know! He lives in Dorset and depends solely on his car to get him around. Rob's social life is what makes him tick and we can't bear the thought of him being unable to do the things he loves without his car.

Because of his autism, which is part of what makes him the loveable character that he is, Robert does not work and doesn't have an income. Together with his family, we have decided to start this campaign to raise enough money to buy Robert a new car and get him back on the road. Any surplus funds raised will go towards his tax and insurance for his new car.

We all need to come together and do the right thing and get Robert Rolling!
