I underwent extensive surgery to treat my head/neck cancer. The doctors removed a bone from my leg and used it to help shape my lower jaw. Then I underwent concurrent chemotherapy/radiation therapy. This treatment took quite a toll on me and reduced my capability to eat. Because of my deformed jaw, I do not have teeth. I can still eat by mouth, but it is very challenging and most certainly not pleasurable for me.  It is my sincere hope to obtain custom dentures that will allow me to actually chew food. I have tried several ways to obtain these custom dentures and I have explored all avenues. They are very expensive. Any assistance you could offer to help me afford these cosmetic custom dentures would be greatly appreciated. I am very much hoping to eat a clam strip again one day!
