Get Perry to 2023 Worlds Sumo Tournament in Japan

Hi, my name is Stephanie and I am Perry's mom. We are fundraising as this past weekend he competed at the US Sumo Nationals in Orlando Florida and place Gold in the Junior Men's Heavyweight division. An interesting fact is that Perry only got introduced to Sumo in January of 2023. He has joined the Mighty Eagle Sumo team here in San Antonio and has some amazing coaches who helped get him to the Nationals. Perry didn't expect to win, in fact, he didn't care if he did or not. It was the experience, the journey that was the reward for him. Sumo is his passion and when your child has a passion you do whatever you can to nurture that. This is why we are asking for the community's help. Going to Japan is not going to be cheap. But think about a dream or a passion you have ever had in your life...this is a once in a lifetime (could be many but you never know the future) experience. Every little bit helps and every little bit is appreciated. Please know that Perry works hard and is very determined to make everyone proud by representing the USA at Worlds.
