Help Perseus Get Back to Fetch and Belly Rubs

Hey friends. I REALLY don’t want to have to do this, but Perseus is having a health crisis while I’m away from home and I don’t have any options.

He was seen and treated a few days before I left for what they thought was just a urinary tract infection. He initially seemed to bounce back after getting antibiotics and steroids, but has since stopped being able to urinate and was visibly in pain so he had to be taken in again. It turns out he had a serious blockage. They said since there is a lot of debris, he should be kept over the next few days for observation, iv drip to clear his system, and monitoring even with a temporary catheter installed. At this point they are saying they are hopeful he will make a full recovery.

This is a huge unexpected expense at a time where I don’t have the savings to cover it. If you are able to help in any way at all, I would appreciate it deeply.

If you’ve met him you know he’s the bestest, nicest little dude and I just wanna get him back to wanting to play fetch and getting belly rubs.

My trip has been spent mostly on the phone trying to organize his care with limited reception and it’s been extremely stressful.

The goal amount is the actual current cost, up to this point. I’m really hoping it doesn’t get any higher but I will update if it does.
