Get Pelican Alley Back Up & Running!

Donation protected
Early in the morning on January 2, my mother, Austin, woke up to the sound of an individual breaking into her home. The person, naked and deranged, ended up trying to commit suicide in one of the upstairs rooms. It took 3 officers to get the person safely out. By that time, the person had left a trail of blood and violence all over the house.

The break in was not only traumatizing  but has caused significant damage to her beloved home, Pelican Alley. Thankfully, the insurance company will pay for most of the repairs but there is a steep deductible she has been left to shoulder.

Those of you who know Austin have experienced her generosity in one form or another. Whether it be her time, her support, or her financial assistance, Austin never fails to offer herself to friends and family in need. Even while battling breast cancer, she hand delivered treats and gifts to everyone in her chemotherapy suite. She is a walking example of selflessness and not a moment goes by where she doesn't try to make someone else's life better.

Now she needs our help. Please consider giving back to a woman who does so much for everyone around her. Big or small, your donation will be received with immense gratitude and thanks. Give what you can. My hope is that with a few larger gifts and LOTS OF small ones, Austin will know that many, many people have been moved by her example. Let's help get Austin's 2019 back on track!
